Inbenta keeps logs to track traffic and system performance. You can monitor these logs from your instance in the API Usage tab, and see if you reach or exceed your rate limits. If you exceed your rate limits, the server may return a 429 (Too Many Requests) HTTP code response, depending on the performance of the overall infrastructure. If you find that your system repeatedly reaches or exceeds its stated limits, or if you anticipate peaks of activity during certain periods (e.g. a surge in purchases during the holiday season), contact your Inbenta representative to discuss what option works best for you.
Inbenta reserves the right to adjust its API throttling and rate limits at any time without notice to guarantee and maintain the highest quality of service.
